Well I've discussed with some of the members on this site and I thought it would be best to scrap the plot idea. We thought of some together, but I want to get the opinion from current, active members.
We need to just revamp the site with new ideas and new plots that will allow members to join in right away. You can continue your topics as planned. I just want their to be some ground or footing where people can feel right at home when they come to this site.
Plot #1
We had recently planned for Arcadia to be a guardian/chosen one. Her quest is to combine the Earth Dballs and the Namek Dballs to keep evil from using them for bad. She has to keep them safe. However, this mission will be hard to complete.
White Star Dragonballs are the most powerful for a reason. (not decided yet)
Plot # 2
The creator of the site wanted their to be an all out war between saiyans and the cold family/minions. Using this idea, we could ellaborate on it. Yes, there is a war. However, why is there a war?
The white star dballs could be the reason.
All the other races are either with or against the King Cold family. Who will join the fight?
Plot # 3
The white star dballs are on another undiscovered planet by a very ancient Namek who had escaped the purging. Someone on Earth discovers their value and searches for them. The gaurdian, Arcadia, has to protect them at all costs. The scientists end up using it to wish a catostrophe on Earth. One where all the technology is eradicated leaving the Earth defenseless against other planet attacks.
Those are some summaries of Plots. If anyone has any better ideas, please share.

Plot 3 could be interesting depending on what you mean by ALL technology. How specific would it be exactly? I say this because a large number of character are androids, and would technically be classified as technology. Would they just all die, or is there some sort of loophole that excludes them from eradication?

To me it seems all 3 plots can coexist within each other somehow IMO.
It can be messy but it sends a sort of urgency on both sides of good and evil to get a move on, lol.

I'll admit the third is my favorite because if all technology is taken out, then that leaves Earth basically in the dark ages. What I mean by technology is electricity for the most part. Earth is dependent on electricity.
The technology/electricty could be taken out by a mad scientist as a tool take control over the Earth or the universe. A rebirth of an army like the red ribbon could take place. Other planets/races could be very aware of this plot. So androids can be built outside of Earth and/or by the maker whoever that is.
As far as all three plots coexisting, I think it could work. I just have to think about it.
The main ideas I have for them to coexist are.
1. All technology/electricity is taken from the Earth by either the dragonballs or an outside scientist.
2. Since electricity is gone, chaos spreads around Earth where different type of militia groups form. Electricity runs almost everything except for basic farming. This can be good because I am currently working on a Quest for Ox king to become king.
3. Outside planets can see this as a weakness of Earth and perhaps attempt to enslave the human population.
4. A guardian is needed for the new chaotic world so that's where Arcadia's character can come in.
5. The only way to restore all peace is by combining the two sets of dballs into the whitestar dballs. No one knows about the legend except for one person/two people.
The battle for Earth can take place between Saiyans/King Cold's family for the use of humans as slaves/pets/dballs/or death.
I tried to combine it as best as I could. Let me know what you think. I added key points that I think should be added.

I think the fact that this is all based on Earth being defenseless is a little dull. I also don't like the idea of Arcadia being the central good guy. I'm not trying to be offensive towards her, it's just that I feel it should be more liberal. I like complex plots, and here is what I recommend.
Instead of just one planet, Earth, why not expand it to numerous planets, all simultaneously. Of course I don't want ALL the planets to be under attack, rather I think it would be more interesting if there are a handful of planets unaffected. This way, the blame and hatred is focused on those planets. Also, I'm not saying only the electrical flow of energy is affect, rather, the planet's most important factor. As Chichi mentioned, the flow of energy is pretty dam important in Earth, but on other planets, other factors are more important.
In darkness, and other things, chaos shall rise. No one knows who is to blame, and several planets believe it is the end. Those who are in control revolt against their planet, stealing and what not. And while this is occurring, Planets begin to war against each other, either for profit or retaliation. But what is important is what is going behind the scenes. No one knows why these events occurred, and a many fractions rise. An union between planets to prevent fighting, an union to uncover who had began the terrorism, an union for greed (satisfying only their pleasures), an union that collect people, without their consent, to participate in a Battle Royale and many other unions such as collecting planets for themselves.
This planet allows flexibility, why? Because there is so much going on (the main idea of the plot is to uncover who has done this and why), that there will be multiple sagas, mini sagas, before the MAJOR saga could be completed. Restoring balance to something that has been destroyed isn't that easy you know.
Again, being a lurker, I can only hope my thoughts will be read. Hope you enjoyed them.

I really like this idea. I think it is one of the best I've read on this site. It kinda has all in one, yet makes it simple for everyone to understand.
I think the black out spreading to other planets would be really great to add some tense relations among the different races.
Anyone else have any opinions on it?'
