Attire: images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120531182052/dragonball/images/5/5b/Ox-KingPresentsEp05.pngOx King, the dreaded Giant who had become a softy, was currently walking to the city for the first time alone. Since the problems that had occurred with his daughter in the Son Family house, he had thought a lot about his ability to be a father. His daughter had become strong. Stronger than himself! However, this did not keep those nasty villains for wishing to kill her.
The disappearance of his son in law Goku had also left him concerned. Who could leave his lovely daughter alone for so long? He always respected his son in law for everything he had done, yet he noticed how often Goku left his daughter alone. As a father, Ox King wanted the best for his daughter. These thoughts of being unable to protect her or guide her worried him. He had been walking for two days. He left his daughter behind to rest. His purpose in the city was simple. He wanted to get some medical supplies to keep his daughter comfortable for the time being.
Ox King had long left his martial arts training behind because he wanted to focus on his daughter's needs. Sometimes he had missed it. He walked into the city towering over the everyone. All the looks he got were a constant reminder of how big he truly was. No one ever dared to mess with him despite being a gentle giant.
No one wished to get in his way. Anyone who tried would get run over so they all moved as he walked on the side walk. Conversely, it was not the same for his daughter as he wished it to be. He watched as so many over the years try to step over her because of her size. Her being a martial artist was difficult in a man's sport. Ox King's purpose of teaching her was for her to be able to protect herself and to visit the tournaments as he pleased.
Even if she was strong, it was overlooked by her gentle appearance. Something he admired every day because her appearance reminded him of his dead wife.

His dead wife had long been dead. She died mysteriously during child birth. Images of that day always played in his mind. He remembered the doctor's in his castle requesting him to pick between his wife and his newborn baby girl. It tore his insides apart.
The secrets he knew about his wife had forever been hidden from his daughter. He did not want her finding out the truth of her history. All this time he had kept it from his daughter in order to protect her. Once again, protection was a major aspect for the ox.
The death of his wife struck him hard at the time. His wife had always been healthy and strong. He did not quite understand what went wrong during the child birth. None of the doctors knew exactly what the cause of her death was. Her kindness remained present in his life. All he had to do was glance at his daughter's face and the memories of his beloved wife warmed his heart. He thanked his wife every day for sacrificing herself to keep his daughter alive and for giving him such a wonderful gift.
The memories of his lovely wife past as he walked across a busy street. He followed the crowd in the attempt to stay blended in. In the distance, he could see his destination. It was the local pharmacy a store he had rarely entered. Most of his life he had been as healthy and strong as an Ox.

Once he arrived at the pharmacy, he took several glances at it to rectify that it was the store he needed to enter. He saw the pharmecuetical signs that proved him right. The store was large enough for him to enter. Sometimes it was difficult to enter into a store because of his large size.
"Thank goodness." He said in relief. His journey had brought him to the pharmacy to retrive some supplies. It had been a long journey considering he had walked. He was not tired though. Tiredness was an aspect in his life that he learned to control through training. It had been years since he had trained with Master Roshi, yet it had taught him necessary tools for life.
When he entered into the store, he noticed there weren't many people. This did not bother him. He went straight to where the medical supplies were. He needed supplies like a heat pad, bandages, comfy pillows, and some vitamins to keep his daughter strong.
The gentle Ox King had no idea of the drastic change that his life would take. Currently searching through all the supplies, he minded his business. What he didn't expect was the situation about to unfold in the store. A situation that would forever point him on a skewed future....

The lady in the next aisle had been purchasing some female hygiene products and some baby supplies. She took some of them to place them in her basket. She was not prepared for what would happen to her as she made her way to the counter.
Ox King had put some of the supplies like bandages and heating pads in his basket. The basket had to be placed on his finger since it was too small to fit his large forearm. It was strange for a man his size to be shopping. His large size, surprisingly, had not attracted attention.
The gathering of supplies was quickly done. He would be able to go home. Since there was one cash register, he placed himself behind the lady who had also gathered supplies. He noticed some of the baby supplies which reminded him of his grandchildren. A cheeky grin spread on Ox King's face. His new grandson would need those supplies as well.
"I should name him Ox in the Box." Ox king commented to himself. The lady in front of him remained as patient as hmself. A long line had formed.
Behind the Ox King and the lady was a man wearing a hoody t-shirt. He was about 5'6, thin, and badly groomed. He appeared to be tired because of his droopy, red eyes. He stood behind Ox King with agitation and nervousness. He could not stop shaking.
Ox King had been too happy to notice the man behind him figiting around. The lady had taken her focus on the line to answer a phone call on her cell phone. She did not notice the man in the hoody either. Everyone had been focused on purchasing their items.
What exactly was wrong with the man?

The drugged man huffed as his need for drugs became evident. He started to pace around. His hand had placed in his pocket for his salvation. The purpose for him coming into the pharmacy was to get a dose for his addiction. He had to have it or else he was certain he would die.
Ox King and the lady were next in line. The lady, who had been talking into the phone, had not noticed anything about the figiting man.
Withdrawal symptoms were the worst. The man no longer had the concentration to deal with his problems. The worst part was that he had no money to purchase medication. This was a do or die situation for him. If they did not give him what he wanted, he would either kill someone or himself. His red eyes stared at Ox King and then at the lady.
It was a no brainer of who he wanted to go after to get his drugs. His obvious choice was to go for the lady because the man towering in front of him could easily crush his thin body. With the gun in his pocket, he took a moment to wait for the right time to strike.
A sudden scream had been heard as someone had seenthe gun in the drugged man's hand. It had been too late. Ox King, who had been dealt with peaceful times, witnessed how the boy rushed ahead of him to get at the woman. He would strike and place the gun to the lady's head.
"Everyone listen up! I want my drugs right now. If I don't get any, I'll kill her!" Everyone who had been shopping in the pharmacy had dropped onto the ground in fear that they might get shot. Everyone except Ox King who had become perplexed at something like this happening in front of his eyes.
