Tournament Mini Saga? Opinions Needed.

All-right, since the prologue to the saga has died, and we are planning on revamping to a more flexible plot. It's time to kick things off again, now here's my idea.

This RP is still set during the Trunks Saga (a couple of years after Planet Namek blows up but before Trunks arrives). Now according to canon the World Martial Arts Tournament hasn't been running due to the last one with Piccolo and Goku.

What I am proposing is to hold a tournament on a smaller scale, but surely just as exciting. We need at least 8 people for this to start, so give us your opinions and who you'd like to enter.

Are you interested? Think this is a good idea? Too soon? Do tell.

I think this would be a good idea and could even possibly work with leading it into another saga or a greater threat, kinda like the Buu saga I guess.

But yeah I like the idea and if it goes through Jaion will be entering for sure.

As you are aware I think this is a good idea. Credit should go to Ren for making a similar suggestion earlier. It'd be nice to see if we can get 8 members willing to participate in a tournament so please sign up.

This mini-saga is meant to take place whilst a new prologue for the main plot is being sorted out. I will make an announcement on that later.

Hopefully we'll get enough active competitors, Krillin will be joining in of course.

If there is a need to, I will also be happy to NPC a character to fill in spots.

Rime would be joining, though I wouldn't enter Rain. I think this good be a good experience to him, though Rime wouldn't be participating much in sagas, since it's a mini one, it shouldn't matter much.

This site is good for making a bracket, and all you need to do is post the image and it autoupdates the image as your edit the victories. Just test it and you'll see what I mean. It also randomly selects who battles who.

Also I'm willing to NPC a character.

Considering that my character is one that relishes fights I'm sure that she'll gladly be one of the eight...even though she might be disqualified for using a weapon, lol.

Id totally be down for this... assuming nobody has any problems with Broly competing, I don't want to jump in if people wont feel like fighting against me due to the power discrepancy. If need be I could simply have Broly just around to watch the tournament or provide some sort of non-competitor role(working for the tournament organizers to provide someone whom the competitors can test themselves against when not actually competing?)

I don't mind getting the crap beaten out of Sabrina by Broly, lol, if anything the result of the battle could motivate Sabrina to train more and more just to beat Broly for once. (Kind of like Vegeta's goal against Goku, lol)
