Personality:King Cold has a calm, high-class attitude with elegant mannerisms. Not unlike his son Frieza, he displays a great deal of arrogance and impatience. He seems to display a high level of concern for his family, though he quickly becomes annoyed with how long it takes Frieza to finish off an opponent. Being the head of the Planet Trade Organization, his own family and a select few henchmen directly under his control.
History:
King Cold is head of the World Trade Organization, and is the father of both Cooler and Frieza. No one has ever seen King Cold in his Final Form except for Cooler and Frigid, he was in his Final Form when his wife Queen Artica Cold was giving birth to Frieza. However, when King Cold reverted to his original state Cooler took it into thought that Cold could not control his power.
He was indefinitely wrong, Frigid knew everything. He knows the intelligence of Cold and why he decided to revert and stay in his first form. Frigid and Cold knew each other since before both Cooler and Frieza were born, after all he is the sister of Artica. At the moment, King Cold is the eldest Changeling alive.
The King of all Changelings himself has made a plan, a big one too. He knows about Dr. Gero and he knows about the White Star Dragonballs and he will do whatever it takes to get what he seeks, even if it means taking down Gero. However, that's just the beginning, he's heading to Earth with a fifty fifty decision, either he take it over, or destroy the Planet. All the time Frigid tells him to destroy the Planet because, he doesn't believe the planet is worth taking over. Frigid tends to think of Earth as Filthy, while Cold on the other hand thought of Earth as interesting.
