Personality: Before Cui's death at the hands of Vegeta he was a Cowardly henchmen of Frieza that would run away from opponents stronger than him. Because he was on Friezas side he would treat anyone bellow him like Scum and anyone above him like Gods. He had a very cocky attitude and jumped to conclusions too much about Enemies he had thought to be weaker than himself. Because of this he would hide behind Frieza and follow his every command in fear of being killed or defeated by someone much more powerful.
This attitude on the universe around him was the death of him. While fighting Vegeta he underestimated him by thinking he had defeated him in a matter of seconds. By doing this he lowered his guard and was able to be completely destroyed by someone he considered to be Scum.
Since his resurrection at the command of King Cold his personality has changed for the better, or for the worse. Cui now has a much Colder Heart, pun not intended. He is not afraid to attack or destroy when neccesary and due to owing his life to King Cold he has great respect for him and his queen, Queen Cold, and their every command. He has become insanely loyal to his leader and is much smarter when it comes to approaching enemies. Before certain battles and fights he assesses the situation and who he will be going against in order to make sure he isn't being too cocky or straight-forward, like before, to make sure he won't be losing his life so easily.
History:
Cui was initially Vegeta's rival in the years he was working under Frieza. During the Namek Saga, Vegeta is left beaten after a fierce battle against Goku, Gohan, Krillin, and Yajirobe on planet Earth. After he recuperates on Planet Frieza 79, Cui approaches Vegeta to give him some surprising news: Frieza is already on Namek and he is searching for the Dragon Balls alongside his henchmen, Zarbon and Dodoria. Vegeta is furious about this because he hoped to collect the Dragon Balls for his own desire to obtain immortality. Cui mocks Vegeta but this does not destroy Vegeta's confidence. In fact, Vegeta jumps into a space pod and speeds straight to Planet Namek in order to gain control of the situation himself, while Cui is left yelling and screaming after Vegeta, ordering him to stop. However, during this brief intermission, Cui gets the order from Frieza that he can freely eliminate Vegeta. Cui, who has waited for Frieza's approval for quite some time to eliminate his arch rival, decides to take action by boarding a space pod and following Vegeta. Once they both arrived on Namek, Cui traced Vegeta with his scouter and came face to face with him.
Cui claims to have gotten stronger and threatens that he will easily defeat Vegeta. However, Vegeta let him in on a secret: his power level had increased substantially because of his previous defeat and he also learned how to control its output. Cui expected Vegeta's power level to be approximately the same as his but this was a complete underestimation of his arch rival. Vegeta surprised Cui with his extremely high power level and he overwhelmed him with an astounding demonstration of his aura, destroying Cui's scouter in the process, also frightening Cui. However, Cui decided to try and trick Vegeta in order to be victorious. He told Vegeta that Frieza was behind him and took the opportunity to launch an array of powerful blasts. After the dust cleared, Cui laughed and thought himself to be the victor, but was surprised shortly thereafter when Vegeta appeared behind him and told him that his speed increased as well, since he was able to dodge the blasts in a split second. At this point, Cui decided to flee the battle, tripping as he frantically and fearfully dashed upward. Vegeta, being the ruthless warrior that he is, flew right after him. He slammed Cui's stomach swiftly, cracking his armor and sending him propelling into the sky. He then smiled and mercilessly blasted Cui to smithereens in midair, but this wasn't the end.
After the destruction of planet Namek King Cold had recieved word and worked out the few good Grunts who had died and had served the Cold Family well before their deaths. One of these soldiers on King Cold's list was Cui. King Cold had sent his soldiers to New Namek to recover the newly restored Namekian Dragon-Balls. And after a reasonably long period of time, a little over 170 days, his recovery was a success and he had summoned the Namekian Dragon. Although it was known what King Cold's complete Wish List was one of his wishes was to revive the one and only Cui.
Powers and Techniques:
Sleep - This is a basic technique that everyone can learn to utilise in battle with ease. The user, in this case Cui, finds a way to fall asleep in battle for a few seconds. Although this leaves Cui vulnerable by sleeping he is able to gradually recover Health and Ki by the second.
Full Power Energy Wave - In this technique Cui charges a great amount of energy into a Ki Sphere/Orb. When ready he draws the hand with the Ki Sphere/Orb forward and unleashes a powerful Ki Blast at the opponent.
Full Power Energy Barrage Wave - This technique is usually used as a last resort in battle brought on by desperation or anger because it uses up nearly all the Ki Cui has. By doing this Cui draws both hands forward and begins to focus his Ki into a continuous stream of Ki blasts releasing from both hands shooting straight at the opponent. These blasts are different from basic Ki blasts because they are fired at a faster rate, are a little more powerful and they cause a lightning speed rate making them hard to avoid.
Bomb Strike – Cui charges at the enemy when flying and crashes into the opponent.
Flash Beam - Cui launches a barrage of energy blasts at his opponent and then releases a strong red ball of ki, which causes a massive accumulation of damage for his opponent.
Roleplay Sample:
Cui had awoken in the depths of HFIL. His death to Vegeta was completely unforgivable in his eyes and had turned him into someone completely miserable, someone lower than scum. "How could I have been so stupid? Me, one of Frieza's greatest warriors. I have worked under the Cold Family for years!" he said pacing back and forth over the dead grass, the ever-growing weeds and the plain dirt and dust HFIL had to offer.
"I will not forgive myself! No, I can never forgive myself!" he shouted as he launched a Ki Blast into the pool of Lava across from him. The Lava simply swallowed the Ki Blast as if it was nothing. "Even something like a pool of Lava can take everything I've got and eat it for breakfast, the universe taunts me..." he stopped and simply glanced at the countless amount of lost, dead and damned souls roaming HFIL. "If I ever find my way out of here I promise you Vegeta, I promise you that you're head shall be on my plate as you watch everything you hold close crumble around you!". Cui took one last look at the dreaded area surrounding him, the pools of lava, the weeds, the souls and the seemingly endless sky. One last look before accepting his fate. He was to rot in HFIL for the rest of the Universe's existence.
