Queen Cold has a rather slender, curvy and attractive figure and is considered the most beautiful female of her kind. She is often seen wearing a combination of fine fashion and imperial battle armour to symbolise her strength as queen. She stands at 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs around 114lbs. She resembles Frieza a lot in many ways and it is clear to see where her youngest son got a lot of his looks from.
Personality:
The woman that King Cold chose as his queen has a rather mixed and eccentric list of hobbies and personality traits, some of which might be considered interesting and others which may seem to fit more with the beliefs and morals of the Cold family and their culture. Artica has a deep affection for her husband, King Cold and as such dislikes anybody that she feels may try to take her place. If the chance arises, she may wish to dispose of such women by terminating their lives but not after she has toyed with them first.
She also holds no sympathy for anybody that crosses her family, most of all her husband and is prone to killing them also. She is loyal and affectionate to King Cold, Frieza and Cooler, although much harsher on the children than she is with her husband. She is very much a proud mother and loves her children and as such her harshness may stem from trying to maintain order or keep her sons from getting carried away.
In regards to her relationship with King Cold, she enjoys sitting on his lap, flirting and teasing him and also getting her own way and winning him over, especially when he really doesn't want to give in to her charms.
Her hobbies include dancing, fashion and shopping, reading, socializing and cooking.
She is also known for hating any race that were not her own with a great passion and is not unknown to kill them without much provocation, albeit with some class. Although she is Cold by name and by nature she is somewhat delicate and loving in her own ways but not to people she doesn't believe deserve it.
History:
Artica Shiverina Cold is 768 going by Planet Cold years, but is 26 going by Earth years. She is the brother of Frigid, and the dear loving wife of King Cold. Only she, Frigid, and her son Cooler have seen wtinessed Cold in his true form. She grew up in royalty as did Cold. At a young age, Cold had chosen for her to be his princess.
She did, and they were sent off to the unknown, to learn how to live with one another. Whilst many believe they fell quickly in love with each other, this is just King Cold's version of the story. Initially Artica had played hard to get. She enjoyed toying around and took pleasure in being the object of Cold's affections before she allowed him to reap the benefit. Initially it was a test by their parents to see if they would really work well as a couple and since the pair were just as bad as each other, the test seemed to have proven a success. When they returned back, they were married and were crowned King and Queen at the age of 18.
Within the same year she had gotten pregnant with Cooler who grew up to be the strongest out of all of her boys. Her, youngest son Frieza was born while Frigid was present. Cold himself delivered the child since no one was around in time to do so. At this point Cold was in his true form.
After having children Artica began to fit comfortably into her life as a mother and a queen. Whilst she had originally been quick to take interest in maintaining her right to the throne and become quite a diva in her own right, she felt more at home there in a different capacity now that she had young ones to look after as well. She felt the burden of responsibility now that she had an identity as a queen, a wife and a mother. She has been over-protective of her family ever since her marriage to King Cold and has never once faltered in her loyalty, doing anything and everything she could to crush anybody that came close to harming them or her family's empire.
Queen Cold today is still known as the mightiest female Icarian, and remains yet also different than most Changelings. She currently accompanies King Cold and Frigid on their escapades around the different galaxies as they expand the Cold throne's influence.

Imprisonment Ball - A great technique devised by Frieza. First this technique locks the opponent in a paralyzing ball of light. This ball explodes upon contact with the ground. Unfortunately for Frieza, it did not work on Goku, as he was able to escape the ball, the instant it exploded.
