Personality: Frigid bears much of the personality of a ruthless general, arrogant and direct. However despite his evil ways, he is a family oriented person and values its members dearly, especially his closest friend Cold and his sister Artica. He will always force Icer superiority whenever he could, and the power of the PTO that he controls under King Cold’s rule. He is quick to anger and insult, and has a destructive streak within him, which sometimes clashes with Cold’s approach to things. He is the kind of person who will value a successful mission or progress over any sort of fun, though he will occasionally toy with his opponent to prove a point.
History: Frigid is a childhood friend of King Cold and the brother of his wife Queen Artica, one of the select few who were present at the birth of Frieza, the last day Cold kept himself in his true form. Knowing him for so long and realizing his motive, Frigid followed suit with the suppressed power forms to conserve energy and their life span. Freiza would later adapt the same process while Cooler did not, under the impression that they could not control their true forms.
Frieza’s defeat and the intelligence operations after soon led them to the planet Earth, in search of the white star dragonballs. While Cold expressed a wanting to conquer the planet after, Frigid saw the planet as nothing more than a waste of space, insisting on it being destroyed. The decision was to be made after they have their wish with the dragonballs, Frigid hoping to convince Cold by then.
