OOC: This is a test battle with Frigid’s henchman Manda (25,000) PL
The Makyo-jin Manda served as one of Frigid’s most elite soldiers, and was sent by his leader to test the powers of the revived or recently found of Frieza’s men, and then report back with his findings. After much investigation, he found a familiar power level on a remote planet and headed off there on his space pod. Crash landing on a barren like planet, he got out and scanned for the highest power level reading on his scouter.
He smirked, finding someone around his power level, no actually even stronger but not by a lot. That sheer number by himself told him that this person was an elite warrior much like himself, it had to be one of Frieza’s men. Leaving his pod, the Makyo-jin flew off with his purple aura ablaze about his body, soon landing in front of his target, the presumed fastest in the universe. “I see you have returned, Burter of the Ginyu Force. Lord Frigid requested that I test your powers and retrieve you once you have proven yourself once again. What do you say?” he henchman asked the blue alien
