Mitsuki is a generally kind, loving, friendly young woman... at least to the people she's fairly well acquainted to the people shes managed to get comfortable enough around to 'let her hair down' around so to speak. To those she's not quite so comfortable with she tends to come off as a bit brash and short tempered as Mitsuki generally doesn't like to 'deal with morons' so to speak with the general populace of everyone save for her 'family' falling into the category of 'moron'
Mitsuki's short temperedness is however not exactly just how she comes off, and is for the most part one of her bigger 'problems' since settling down with Malachi her ability to maintain said temper under duress has strengthened considerable however all bets are off when a member of her family is threatened in any way setting off the rage that earned Mitsuki her nickname.
Since the events just prior to her and Malachis arrival Mitsuki has become increasingly protective of her daughter Nissa, the fact that they came so close to losing the child has left her with many sleepless worry filled nights afterward, the fact that the time they intended to arrive in was supposed to be free of danger has helped slightly but Mitsuki has still not quite gotten over it.

Powers and Techniques:
Flight: While Mitsuki prefers her broom due to the fun of it and the lack of energy drain she is completely capable of Ki based flight and is even fairly proficient with it.
Magic : Mitsuki is a witch, a person capable of manipulating energy in even stranger ways than your normal warrior. Basic magic functions similarly to Basic Ki manipulation, it can be used to create 'weak' and rather vague attacks, magic itself tends to function based on elements rather than just pure energy and as such a 'blast' from a magic user often has properties of certain elements, though the 'Force' "element" itself mostly just functions like sparkly translucent Ki blasts.
-Note: Mitsuki and similar witches often lack normal ki manipulation, before the trip through time and space Mitsuki was capable of Ki manipulation and retains the ability to learn but sacrificed it along with much of her power as apart of her and Malachi's attempt to 'start over'.

Pillar of Flame: A fairly simply spell, the technique does just as it says on the tin, it creates a large pillar of fire that is quite useful for roasting enemies as well as just about anything else. The pillar initially creates a ring of fire around where it is to burst forth from giving observant targets a chance to avoid some or even all of the eruption.
Savage Twister: one of Mitsuki's more 'big and flashy' spells the Savage Twister creates a massive tornado in a designated are, it is capable of widespread destruction and will draw both friend and foe into it's swirling vortex, anyone unlucky enough to be engulfed by the tornado will spend the spells duration being tossed about and battered by wind and anything the Twister picks up such as rocks trees or any other such debris, even such normally inconsequential objects are enhanced by the twister making them capable of harming powerful warriors.
Spellshift: While the name would imply that this technique can only stand up against other magic user it is more than capable of effecting Ki based techniques, what Spellshift does however is unlike most anything a normal warrior would expect, it replaces the spell or technique used with another technique of the original users knowledge. Such as a Kamehameha being swapped into a Galic Gun, or perhaps a Kienzan turned into a basic Ki blast.
