Name:
Unnamed Vasor
Alias:
None
Race:
Vasor(Will be using Saibaman transformations)
Age:
5 Years old
Gender:
Male
Alignment:
Neutral
Appearance:
The Vasor much like there Siabaman 'cousins' have a fairly generic look to themselves, they are squat quadropedal creatures standing little more than two feet tall at their tallest, they often have some variation of teal or green skin often paired with darker patches of green, this due to their ability to photosynthesize as a sort of last ditch need for food or in order to fuel there more plantlike parts.
Also like there Saibamen 'cousins' a Vasor's body is a strange melding of animal and planet albeit the Vasor are visually far more animal than they are planet, the Vasor's biggest plantlike feature is the large plant bulb that sprouts from there back, this bulb is where much of the Vasor's natural defenses lie such as the long whip like vines that some Vasor sprout from there bulb or a number of dangerous seeds that the Vasor can shoot in order to incapacitate its prey.
Aside from its Bulb a Vasor has a number of other natural weapons that it often uses before engaging with its plant weapons, on each of its squat but powerful legs a Vasor has three claws, while not as sharp as some beasts these claws are more than good enough to break the skin of most prey a Vasor might seek out, the legs themselves of a Vasor are also often quite powerful allowing Vasor to deliver strong kicks or even stand on its hind legs for short periods of time. In addition to its legs and claws the Vasor's last natural weapon is its teeth, not a commonly used weapon the teeth of a Vasor are good for locking onto its preys limbs and keeping it attached so that it cannot escape.
This specific Vasor is one of the more 'generic' members of its species, he has teal colored skin with dark teal 'splotches' spread across his body and the general strong Vasor body, the only truly striking difference between him and the average Vasor are his eyes, this Vasor's eyes are a bright red in contrast to the normal Maroon/Dark Red color of a Vasor's eyes.
Personality:
The Vasor are a stark contrast to the Saibamen, where the Saibamen are spastically energetic and willing to attack anything that they are commanded to the Vasor are rather laid back and complacent, only ever really stirring from there resting grounds when the herd requires food or when a threat makes itself apparent.
This Vasor however has not quite had many opportunity’s to actually be like a 'normal' Saura, taken from his herd when he was only a newborn this Saura was bounced between a number of interstellar trade organizations until he eventually was 'stored' on a strange planet.
As such this Saura is far more cautious then a normal Saura, where most would accept any new 'friend' species this Saura has been taught that perhaps strangers aren’t exactly the best for his livelihood and thus has little trust to give.
History:
The Saura as a species don't have a particularly interesting history, they live on a planet within the Cold Empire, specifically so within the range of Lord Frieza's rule and quite near the Saiyan home world, the Vasor were the species that the Saiyan scientists used to create there Saibamen, they saw the power of the Vasor but because of the laid back nature they knew it would simply be easier to engineer their own version of the creatures than to try and tame wild Vasor, especially considering the fact that the older and more powerful Vasor could content with some of their warriors.
The Vasor were spared from destruction only because there continued existence allowed for easier production of Saibamen, simply taking a few strong specimens every couple of years allowed for mass production of new Saibamen. But in order for the Saiyans and later the Wold Trade Organization to keep control of the Saibamen production they put strict control over who could enter the Vasor home world and applied strict punishment to anyone caught smuggling Vasor.
This Vasor in particular was an unfortunate victim of an unsanctioned Vasor capture squad, the man who stole him arrived at his heard acting as if he wanted to befriend there herd, the Vasor while intelligent were far too trusting and thus accepted that the man was not a threat and allowed him to join them in there resting grounds. Late in the night the man captured several newborn Vasor, this Vasor being one of such and escaped before the greater Vasor could catch him.
Once off the Vasor home world the man sought to quickly 'unload' his captives wanting to make some quick money before the WTO was on his tail, this Vasor among the others bounced around between a number of traders and with each trade there numbers decreased. He knew not what happened to his brothers and sisters but knew it was not good, his herd knew that the upright people were sometimes dangerous and this Vasor could tell the people who held him captive were the dangerous type.
Eventually however the WTO caught onto the current 'owner' of this Vasor and when the man realized this he knew he needed to hide his captives, he picked several planets where he would store his ill-gotten Vasor among other black market items and once they were stored away on the planets he continued his run from the WTO.
This Vasor eventually awoke finding himself not on the metal behemoth that flew through the stars and completely alone he made an attempt at escape, using what little energy he had this Vasor produced a number of weak leaves that over time managed to cut away the bars that held him captive. Now free he wandered trying to find a way out of the building he was in, eventually he found the 'door' that the man had used to leave knowing the name only because he'd herd it used a number of times.
Using his whips to manipulate the door he exited the building only to find himself not amongst the stars, but within a strange forest. What this Vasor did not know was that the man had stored him on a little planet known as Earth, one he had used before as a hideaway because it was as far as the man knew 'worthless'. Now free the Vasor has begun to wander this new world trying to figure out where he was and what he should do now.
Powers and Techniques:
Vine Tendrils: A Natural ability of the Vasor, these tendrils are produced from small openings at the base of the bulb, they are capable of simple manipulation of object and creatures(able to wrap around a target and perhaps drag them if the Vasor is strong enough) while also being able to be used like whips to cause pain, the ends of the vines have hard protrusions that add to the damage the tendrils can inflict.
Shredder Leaves: From within the bulb the Vasor can produce serrated leaf like plants, these 'leaves' are quite dangerous when used en-mass but individually do not cause particularly much harm, this ability is the closest thing a Vasor has to basic Ki blasts.
Osmose Seeds: One of the many seed-based techniques a Vasor can learn to produce this technique is one of the less overtly powerful techniques, the Vasor launches a number of seeds at its intended target and any and all that hit will bury themselves into the target, once inside the seeds will begin sapping the energy of the target and send it back to the Vasor, these seeds however to not survive for long often harmlessly being absorbed into the body of the target.
Explosive Seed: Unlike the Osmose Seeds the battle potential of this seed is quite apparent, it is a large seed almost the side of a human fist that is fired from the bulb like a bullet, it moves incredibly fast and when it comes into contact with anything will cause a small explosion damaging everything within a two feet of its impact zone.
Charge: Vasor are not capable of flight or at the very least a Vasor has never been seen with the ability to fly, they can however use their strong legs for a very sudden burst of speed that which they often combined with a strong head-butt.
