Personality: Cress has a very relaxed personality for the most part. He's a bit of a charmer, yet he's also a bit of an arrogant Saiyan. He is only arrogant when it comes to battles, other than that he's more formal. Like other Saiyans, he eats as if he has no manners whatsoever. He has a mostly kind heart, but he can be easily angered and offended. He vents his anger out by fighting. He is full of Saiyan Pride, but in his own way. He does not follow the late Vegeta Senior's idea of how a Saiyan should live.
History:
When he was born, just like many Saiyans were forced to do, he was sent to a Planet to take it over. He was sent toward the Planet Zoon five years before Turles was born. Which explains why Turles may not know that he has an older brother unless he was told about him.
It was a mistake to send him to Planet Zoon in the first place. Obviously, the ones who sent them really must not have been using their brains or didn't know about the gravity level on the planet itself. As he reached the atmosphere of Zoon, the pod was pulled down with it's gravity and it slammed into the ground with a large amount of impact. The impact was just to much on baby Cress.
He was severely injured, and could not move. The pod was halfway destroyed at this point, the door to the pod was on the ground. Big chunks were everywhere, and there was a baby boy, naked just laying outside of the pod. He was not moving, and his heart pulse was definitely not what it should be. If he were to lay there any longer, he would not survive.
However, the natives of the planet brought him into an odd looking building and gave him some medical attention. Afterward, he was taken care of by some of the natives of Zoon. He was never really ever to hold his own in that kind of gravity though, but they helped him to the point to where he could stand and walk on his own without a problem. They even taught him how to fly, of course when he learned how to fly he was never able to fly really into mid air only like an inch off the ground. The gravity on the planet is very intense, and he knew for a fact that he couldn't stay on there forever unless he were to train hard to get himself strong enough so that he could handle the gravity on there.
From early in the morning, til late in the evening they had him training. He was training a little over the amount that most adult Saiyans do but one was because he was on a higher gravity than most Saiyans were used to, and two because he had a lot of training to do in order to be able to endure more of the gravity that liked to push down upon his weight. Cress would get tired very quickly, which is why he'd need extra rest to keep him energized so that he could train. They even thought him one of their favorite techniques, and it took him a little while to master it but once he did, he was a pro.
He ate a lot there, more than the natives there have ever seen anyone eat. They thought he was very interesting to say the least, but they fed him however much he felt he needed to eat. He lived there until he was already in his adulthood, and when they knew it was time to leave, they gave him a new pod from their bay for him to leave on. It was a different kind of pod, but it would most certainly do for now. He had no idea who Frieza was, nor did he know of the demise of his race. He had been gone enough to have no idea who or what was going on. He didn't even know of the name Vegeta or King Vegeta for that matter. He knew that he was a Saiyan from Planet Vegeta because the elder Zoon told him of his kind and his race. He didn't know what kind of people they were though, only that he was apart of them.
When he made it to New Vegeta, he didn't recognize anything. However, he did later find out that the King of the planet was indeed, Bardock. He had never known the guy but judging by looking at the planet, it was well taken care of. He roams around and studies the planet and it's people. He then over hears from people that the King and some of the other residents were on Earth and that something big was going down, so he thought it would only be fair to help out his kind. It was now that he knew his next quick stop, it was time to head to the Planet Earth.
Powers and Techniques:
Shockwave - The first move that Nappa uses on Earth is this technique. With it he decimates an entire city. The technique is performed by raising two fingers and an expolsion is created which covers a wide area.
Kill Driver – Turles creates a fiery ring of ki and launches it at his opponents, releasing a massive explosion that is strong enough to kill a Great Ape.
(A move from the Zoon Species)Nice Shot – Pui Pui unleashes a powerful energy ball at the enemy. It was used to kill Yamu.
Power Ball – By combining his ki with the planet's atmosphere, Cress can create a ball of condensed Blutz rays, which simulates the effects of a full moon, allowing him to transform into a Great Ape. In the FUNimation dub, he calls this technique a Moon Blast.
Flight – The ability to fly with the use of ki.
