Humans -
Max Starting Power Level:: 15,000
Racial Traits: They can combine techniques, which allows them to fuse one technique with another once or twice in battle
Andriods/Bio-Andriods -
Max Starting Power Level:: 20,000
Racial Traits: Earlier Designed Androids can absorb energy, and the later designed Androids have infinite energy. Regular Androids also cannot be sensed out. Bio Andriods, (With the opponents permission of course) They can absorb, and if they successfully absorb their opponent their Power Level goes up 1.5x and they also take a technique (However, not of their choosing.) It will come randomly, we PM the user what technique they got...if they got one.
Changelings
Max Starting Power Level:: 30,000
Racial Traits: Changeling's are naturals at transforming, so they can transform to their 2nd transformation without any requirement, their requirements for their later forms are also lower than other races.
Makyo -
Max Starting Power Level:: 15,000
Racial Traits: Can Trasform without a requirement aslong as there is a real or artificial Makyo Star is in orbit. They are given the power to make an artificial Makyo Star.
Saiyans -
Max Starting Power Level:: 30,000
Racial Traits: Upon a near death experience, if they survive they gain an immediate 500 boost to Power Level.
Half-Saiyans
Max Starting Power:: 20,000
Racial Traits: They already have a technique called Half Blood Rage, using it will make their power level go up by 2x. However, they cannot control their rage for long, if they stay in Half Blood Rage mode for long, they will die.
Tuffles -
Max Starting Power Level:: 15,000
Racial Traits: They get ability limit upgrades for every level of power they are in. Although they are weaker than Saiyans, they are smarter. So, they can make devices to help them by any means necessary.
Saibamen
Max Starting Power Level:: 10,000
Racial Traits: They will get an alliance/team boost by 2x because they naturally come in packs.
Aliens/Custom Race
Max Starting Power Level:: 30,000
Racial Traits: Customized
