Personality:
Cooler holds a lot of similar traits from his family. He hold himself in a very high regard and looks down on anyone that isn't his parents.
He's very intellectual and serious. He doesn't underestimate his opponents and is very cautious when it comes to a kill. Unless he sees a body, he will demolish the surrounding area in search of his prey.
He will be the first to admit his own ruthlessness. He does not relish in the agony or despair of his enemies, but this doesn't put him above attacking someone from behind, attacking children, or inflicting harm on an already defeated enemy.
He experiences a slight personality change when he transforms. He becomes exceedingly brutal towards his enemy, seeking to cause as much pain as possible. He also isn't shy about his superiority over his enemy.
History:
Almost as immediately as he was born, Cooler was in the family business of buying and conquering worlds. Cooler learned everything he knows from him father. He looked up to him growing up and followed him without question.
However, one day his faith began to shake. On this day, Frieza was born. Cooler witnessed his father at his full power, and saw him revert back to normal. Cooler took this as his father being unable to control his energy. Cooler became confused over this incident and vowed to himself to never revert to his normal form.
Maybe it was because of that Cooler grew to find his younger brother a nuisance. He saw him as inferior and a disgrace. He would rather have nothing to do with him. He would kill him himself, but that would put him in his fathers disfavor, possibly even killed.
When he found out that his family was planning to go to Earth to and hunt down an escaped saiyan. After, Earth will be turned into an army base.

Cooler is able to focus his energy into going beyond the 4th form and into the Final Form.
Death Flash
Cooler focuses his energy into a powerful blast.
Death Beam
Cooler shoots a deadly blast out of his finger tip. It doesn't explode, but instead pierces his target.
Death Ball (Supernova)
In his 4th form, Cooler can create a spark of ki that can grow as large as a small moon. In his Final Form, he is able to create a more powerful version of the Death Ball in mere seconds.
Eye Lasers
Cooler is able to shoot a piercing beam of energy out of his eyes.
