Appearance:
Besides from the typical Namekian look, Echo garnishes ceremonial tattoos all over his body. The tattoos are Namekian of origin and are for those who are seeking to be forgiven. These runes are the cause of Echo's lack of pupils.

He wears black gi pants alongside black namek shoes. He doesn't wear any top because he wants all to know his shame. He does sport a neck warmer that doubles as a hood. The warmer also has runes on it.

Personality:
Namekians are known to be a peaceful race. Most of their people are from the Dragon Clan, a group of nameks with more magical capabilities instead of combat. The warrior class was also as peaceful as they can be, giving intruders ample amount of time to state their intentions or leave. Echo stands out greatly from his brethren.

Echo has worked on his impatientence since his time on Namek. Although he is capable of meditation now, he is by no means able to sit in one place for hours, let alone 10 minutes. His haunted thoughts don't help much either.

Echo is a very reclusive man; he isolated himself to the forest and mountainous regions. Very rarely does he make trips to cities. He will end a conversation on the drop of a dime if he feels someone is starting to ask too many questions about his life.

He takes his path of redemption very seriously, even taking hits from anyone willing to seek him out at night. Anyone that gets in the way of his redemption usually regrets it.

He abides by his own personal code of honor that he adheres to at all time.

He lives his life by this code and doesn't stray from it, under no condition.

He has a lot of animalistic tendencies. He trusts his instinct over his senses, but rely heavily on his senses when in the wild.

When put in an environment where he must be social, Echo doesn't really excel. He's the guy standing across the room, arms folded, eyes low. He holds a child like awe towards modern technologies like capsules, telephones, and blue tooth. He has a secret sweet tooth for chocolate.

History:
Echo was born into a cursed life. His runes was placed on his body immediately after the death of his past incarnation.

In his past life, Echo killed a Dragon Clan child for his power, but wasn't granted what he wanted. This threw him into a rage, nearly slaughtering all of the Namekians in his village. He was only stopped by the Elder, who stunned him long enough for him to be brought down.

However, he regurgitated his sons egg before he passed away. Once Echo hatched, he had the tattoos burned onto his skin to mark him as a possessed soul.

Life from that point was hard for Echo. He was isolated to a remote region to fend for himself. He picked up on his tracking skills and fighting capabilities here. However, the voice of the child came to him whenever he closed his eyes, and he sought to redeem his soul and allow the young Namek to pass on to the afterlife, peacefully.

For this task, he sought out his old Elder, and begged him to send him away to do good and redeem his past incarnation. The elder granted his wish, if only to be rid of the demon.

He gathered a group of Elders and performed the ritual, sending him to Earth to hep protect the planet against evil. Echo landed in the forest not to long after that.

He made the forest region his home, and began seeking ways to put Cahon, the namek he killed, to rest.

Powers and Techniques:

Ki Manipulation
Echo is able to fully control his ki, using it for attacks and flight.

Shadow Star
Echo's signature attack. It starts as a shining, yellow, light. When he fires it, it's main purpose is for the target to dodge. Once it picks up on the targets signature, it tracks the target and follows them. Echo is able to stop the ball at will. However, he can only fire one and must concentrate in order to keep the ball of energy independent. It's powerful, but incomplete.

Kiai
With a loud shout, Echo is able to invoke an invisible ki wall outward from his body.

Race abilities
As a namekian, he is bless with several race specific abilities. For example, his limbs can stretch far distances before needing to be retracted. His hearing is so acute, whistling will cause sever pain to him. His limbs will regenerate just as long as his head hasn't been damaged.
